Plan a saved journey together

Invite someone to view or edit a route, then manage their access.

Open My Journeys

Invite a collaborator

  1. Open a saved journey you own.
  2. Find Collaborators.
  3. Enter the recipient’s email address and choose Viewer or Editor.
  4. Select Send Invite.
  5. Check the collaborator list for the invitation’s status.

A Viewer can access the saved route. An accepted Editor can edit it. The journey owner manages invitations, roles, and access.

Accept an invitation

Open the invitation link and sign in, or create an account, using the email address that received the invitation. Follow the page’s acceptance prompt. You can decline if you do not want access.

Invitations expire after seven days. If the link has expired or the page says it belongs to a different email address, check the account you are using and ask the owner for help.

Change or remove access

The owner can change a collaborator’s role or remove them from the list on the journey detail page. To replace an expired or incorrect invitation, remove the existing entry before sending a new invitation.

Removing a collaborator removes that saved-route permission. It does not remove copies they already made, and a public journey remains publicly viewable.

If an invitation does not arrive

Check the email address and the recipient’s spam or junk folder. Existing account holders can also check their notifications. Avoid sending repeated invitations to the same address while an entry is already pending.

If it still does not arrive, use Contact and describe the issue. Include the route name and error message, but do not send passwords or invitation tokens.
